At Toybox, Umusa Protection faced a 'Masquerade Challenge':
Prop vs. Threat Verification: Our ingress teams were specialized in distinguishing between harmless costume props and genuine safety hazards. We implemented a 'weapons check' that was thorough but respectful of the attendees' creativity, ensuring no dangerous items entered the venue while keeping the 'magic' intact.
Immersive Asset Protection: The venue was filled with expensive decor and roaming performers. Our officers acted as 'shadows'—protecting these assets from over-enthusiastic crowds without creating a barrier between the art and the audience.
Theatrical Crowd Management: In a high-stimulus environment with lasers and smoke, disorientation is a risk. Our floor staff were positioned as 'beacons of safety,' easily identifiable despite the visual chaos, ensuring that any medical or safety issues were isolated and resolved instantly.
The press called it a 'mind-blowing production.' We ensured it was a safe one.
